HOW TO RECHARGE ECOFLOW RIVERBANK VIA SOLAR PANEL(s)
Great reviews, but nothing online or on company website advises you HOW to hook-up the solar panels or which cord...view mores you need to buy to recharge the EcoFlow RiverBank via solar panels.
After many hours of searching and reaching out to EF customer service, I was given conflicting information.
When I called EF, the rep said to purchase a 21w solar panel — so we purchased the EcoFlow 21w Solar Panel, as many others did. The Rep that replied via email said we could use up to (2) any size solar panels (not to exceed 90w, combined). Which is correct?
The Email Rep said solar panels can be connected to the EcoFlow RiverBank via standard USB to USB-c cords, since the USB-c ports on the RiverBank are Bi-directional.
Since many others were looking for this same info, I decided to post it. Again, I was given conflicting info by two diff’t reps, so use your own judgement when choosing solar panel(s) wattage.
