Order & Shipping Policy

Due to the COVID-19, the logistics companies lack manpower and will take longer time to process delivery. It is expected one more week for shipping than before. We are sincerely grateful for your understanding. 

1. US ORDERS  

Please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be shipped after placing the order. Free shipping DOES NOT always cover insurance. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please double-check that all of your information is correct before confirming a purchase, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address.

You will receive a Fedex or UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 15 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control, so if you any issue or concern after shipment please contact the Fedex 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: 1-888-742-5877
By confirming your purchase, you agree that EcoFlow will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that occur during the shipment process.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for paypal users).

LOST PACKAGES - if your package is lost please allow up to 7 days for it to show up. If it has not arrived 7 days past your delivery notification please contact us and contact the shipping carrier to begin the claim process.  

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be shipped after placing the order. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please double-check that all of your information is correct before confirming a purchase, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 21-30 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control, and it is common to receive NO ADDITIONAL tracking information.

By confirming your purchase, you agree that EcoFlow will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that occur during the shipment process. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges for international orders currently after they have been shipped out.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for paypal users). For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.

3. Price Deduction / Correction 

Should EcoFlow lower the price of any of its EcoFlow branded products within 7 calendar days from the date you ordered the product, please feel free to contact the EcoFlow Customer Care Team via support@ecoflow.com or 800-368-8604 to request a refund or a gift card to match the difference between the original price and the current selling price. To obtain a refund or gift card, you should contact EcoFlow within 7 calendar days from the price change. Please note that this does not include time-limited price reductions, such as price reductions that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday).

Price protection only applies to a maximum of 5 units for a specific product. In addition, when asking for price protection, we may require you to carry the product with you or otherwise possess proof of property.

The displayed price is in US dollars. If you pay with an international Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, the purchase price may fluctuate with the exchange rate. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may charge you a foreign exchange fee, which may also increase your total purchase cost. Please contact your bank or credit card issuing bank regarding these charges. 

4. Coupon Terms And Conditions

1. Each coupon is identified by a coupon code. Please confirm if there are specific regulations for your coupons before usage.
2. The coupon is for one-time use only.
3. One coupon code can be used for only one order.
4. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or resale.
5. If the coupon is lost, stolen or deleted, it cannot be replaced.
6. Coupons cannot be applied to orders already confirmed by EcoFlow.
7. When you want to cancel your entire order or return all items while the coupon is used, the actual amount paid will be refunded and the coupon will no longer be valid.
8. Coupons cannot be used for existing orders that require a refund.
9. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special discounts.
10. Coupons cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
11. Please notice, some coupon codes can only be applied to certain EcoFlow products.
12. Coupons cannot be used for covering taxes, shipping and handling fees or other fees. If there is a minimum purchase requirement for your coupon, please note that taxes, shipping and handling fees, and other fees are not included.

EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate the coupon at any time.
