1. Promotional Period
The Ecoflow Home Backup Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 00:00 AM PST on February 16, 2026, and ends at 23:59 PM PST on February 28, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address in the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of February 16, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
3. Limited-Time Flash Sale
3.1 48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. A 48-hour flash sale will run from 00:00 AM (PST) Feb 16 to 11:59 PM (PST) on Feb 17, 2026, from 00:00 AM (PST) Feb 23 to 11:59 PM (PST) on Feb 24, 2026, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).  

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.  

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
3.2 72-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale
A. A 72-hour flash sale will run from 00:00 AM (PST) Feb 19 to 11:59 PM (PST) on Feb 21, 2026, from 00:00 AM (PST) Feb 26 to 11:59 PM (PST) on Feb 28, 2026, on the Promotion Period page (https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). 

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 72 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 72 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

4.Coupon Terms

A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale products, recommended accessories, DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro 3, APP Only products, Power Kits 5kVA 48V, DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, Smart Home Panel 3 and Smart Gateaway. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (February 16-28, 2026, PST) and while supplies last.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on us.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

G. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
5. General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M. Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

N. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

O. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made

1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon;

2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use;

3) that violates any applicable law;

4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
